You’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Tried to “think your way through” healing.

And yet… something still feels unresolved.

That doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It usually means the work stayed in the mind longer than it could be integrated in the body.

This is where embodiment comes in.

The practices inside this guide were part of my own healing journey — tools that helped me build the capacity to stay with myself, regulate my nervous system, and begin trusting my inner signals instead of overriding them.

I don’t rely on these tools anymore.
And that’s intentional.

They’re meant to support a season, not become something you need forever.
